healthy sweet and sour sauce in glass bowl

Want to take a very decisive step toward health?

Ditch those MSG, GMO-sweetened, rancid seed oil, additive-loaded dressings and sauces from the store and start making your own!

No bottled sauces or dressings compare to the flavor and quality of homemade salad dressings and sauces – even the organic brands.

Not only will you be doing your health a huge favor by taking this step, but you will be saving quite a bit of money too!

Healthy Dressing & Condiments Video How-to

A combo of half avocado oil and half sunflower oil makes an excellent mayo with a taste most americans would like. Don’t forget to add whey and ferment on your counter for about 7 hours. It will then last up to 4-6 weeks in your fridge.

What about using avocado oil for dressing and mayo? I can get Chosen Foods Cold pressed avocado oil at Costco. Thanks!
