More info on BPA in organic canned foods. I have switched brands on my tomato based products away from cans once and for all!

Hi Sarah! This week I'm blogging about recipes I'm trying from my fellow real food bloggers. Today I posted about your Healthy Cold Cereal. It turned out amazing! Hubby loves it, baby loves it, and I love it! I also experimented and tried a gluten free version, using freshly ground brown rice flour and quinoa flakes. It turned out awesome! Thanks for the wonderful recipe! I'm so glad I can make HEALTHY cereal that my family LOVES!

Tiffany, I love the gluten free idea! I may try the cereal recipe using buckwheat flour soon as one of my favorite boxed cereals (which I no longer eat of course) was maple buckwheat flakes.

Today I'm sharing my review of Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. It's an amazing book, but is it for everyone?

When hurricane Earl was heading our way I got to thinking about how to prepare for emergencies when you no longer eat hamburger helper, spam, canned soups, etc. I wrote a post on what we would probably do. I'd love to hear other ideas people might have. Thanks!

Here's the last "how-to" post on herbal remedies (#4). This salve is the only one I keep for cuts, bruises, bug bits, etc….
Enjoy!

My post this week is about adrenal fatigue, which I believe affects a LOT more people than we realize! And naturally a real food diet is the cure. :)

And btw part of what started me researching this was your post on child spacing…which I still don't like ( :) ) but I am thinking, researching, working on this idea….

This is my first time participating! I am posting a recipe for Puerto Rican gazpacho, which is NOT the normal gazpacho (soup) everyone is used to. Take a look at it. It is a tasty dish!
