Hi Sarah! This week I'm blogging about recipes I'm trying from my fellow real food bloggers. Today I posted about your Healthy Cold Cereal. It turned out amazing! Hubby loves it, baby loves it, and I love it! I also experimented and tried a gluten free version, using freshly ground brown rice flour and quinoa flakes. It turned out awesome! Thanks for the wonderful recipe! I'm so glad I can make HEALTHY cereal that my family LOVES!
Tiffany, I love the gluten free idea! I may try the cereal recipe using buckwheat flour soon as one of my favorite boxed cereals (which I no longer eat of course) was maple buckwheat flakes.
Thanks for hosting. My post includes a recipe for steak with mushrooms and leeks and the week's meal plan.
As always thanks for hosting. I am linking up with Herbed Summer Green Beans.
Today I'm sharing my review of Gut and Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. It's an amazing book, but is it for everyone?
When hurricane Earl was heading our way I got to thinking about how to prepare for emergencies when you no longer eat hamburger helper, spam, canned soups, etc. I wrote a post on what we would probably do. I'd love to hear other ideas people might have. Thanks!

Enjoy!
My post this week is about adrenal fatigue, which I believe affects a LOT more people than we realize! And naturally a real food diet is the cure.
And btw part of what started me researching this was your post on child spacing…which I still don't like (
) but I am thinking, researching, working on this idea….
This book review is all about several green methods of detoxing your house. Lots of suprising ideas you probably have not thought about.
This is my first time participating! I am posting a recipe for Puerto Rican gazpacho, which is NOT the normal gazpacho (soup) everyone is used to. Take a look at it. It is a tasty dish!
Linking to the squash recipe that has my husband and daughter cleaning their plates (and they don't even LIKE squash!)
First time entering. Lacto Fermented Jam and Real food for Rookies class give away! Thanks for supporting real food
Also my first time entering and forgot to leave a comment!
My post is about how to make the switch to locally grown and produced foods.
I love this site. So much to learn. I am just getting acquainted with the Price-Pottenger Foundation in San Diego. I am excited.
