My post this week is about how traditional cooking methods are the best for grass fed meat. Microwaves and slow cookers are not the best for cooking traditional meat, for a variety of reasons. Thanks, Sarah, for the great posts that you’ve done about the problems with microwaves.

I’ve posted two of my homemade cleaning recipes. One for Veggie Wash that can be made from 3 ingredients you probably already have and another on how I turn 1 bar of soap into a gallon of hand-soap. Happy Cleaning!

These grain-free muffins heat up beautifully in the toaster oven for a fast breakfast. I’ve been making them on weekends and reheating each morning.
