My post this week is about how rare grassfed meat helped my body recover from a nasty illness, and gave me strength. Grassfed meat and the WAPF diet have really helped my health over the years.

This is my second time posting a link myself after having been an avid reader of many of these wonderful blogs for years. We are focusing on nutrient density and the healthy properties of food and how to instill an understanding of an appreciation of this in our daughter. We are making videos of Cailin and her Dad in the kitchen hoping it will help other kids see that real, good food can be fun. How can a colorless, plasticky chicken dino compare to the beauty and taste of a bowl of guacamole!
