Thanks for hosting. My post this week is about the many benefits of traditional fish sauce. Fish sauce is a sacred food, full of nutrients, including iodine. I recently found an artisanal fish sauce made in a truly traditional way without sugar.

Thanks for hosting! I shared my recipe for grain-free Super Waffles. They are super high in protein and fiber, but super low in carbs (ZERO!) and use super cheap ingredients! And they are also super delicious! :)
