Hi everyone!!
Today I’m posting a recipe for homemade ketchup. It’s not only much better than the store bought, but because it’s lacto-fermented, it’s beneficial for digestive health as it provides probiotics.
Buon appetit!!

Thanks for hosting! My post is about the importance of eating real food to the extent you reasonably can and about our experiment eating a junk food meal. Lesson learned. Just eat real food.

thanks for hosting! I’ve included a list of the gluten free, dairy free snacks I sent to school with my kids so they have some safe, nourishing, clean food options when friends bring giant neon green cupcakes in for birthdays. also included the email notes I sent to their classroom teachers explaining our food, env allergies, healing from asthma, and chemical sensitivities. it’s hard to know how to write about these things so those not in the know can understand why we have the diet/lifestyle we have.
