Thank you so much for your amazing website! I have been a weston a. price fan for a year now, and am really trying to figure out how to feed my family real, healthy food. My daughter has a number of health and behavioral issues, and I know that the right diet will help her. I’m just really having trouble helping an extremely picky eater change her diet. At least she loves raw milk. Its a start. I’ve been combing your site all night, trying to figure out what kind of plan I should have. And I posted my frozen yogurt covered strawberries, and strawberry popsicles on the link up. Thanks!

Thanks for hosting! My post this week is about how you can ingest second-hand soy toxins from animals that were fed soy, and how you can avoid those toxins by eating grassfed and pastured meat and eggs.

I left a post about my breakfast routine for work. I make a big batch of soaked oats on the weekend, package it up, and it gets me through my work week. Simple and quick, its worked great for me!

Thanks again for hosting Sarah. I’m sharing my post about how anybody can eat a real food meal and afford it. I showed an example of what a real food meal cost to feed a family of 3.5 (have a 15 month old) and compared it to what a meal would cost if you took the same family to Mcdonalds.

My point is if you say you can’t afford real food it might just be that your top priority is not real food, but materialistic things.

Hi Sarah,
AWESOME job on the REAL FOOD Summit. I just ordered mine. Thank you and all who made that happen.
I just shared a link for a video I put together of the Young LIving Transformation convention. The REAL Food link is that we hired Weston Price Chapter Leader Anji Sandage and her daughter Alex to prepare meals from Essential Gluten-Free Recipes. There were 8 of us at the condo for the convention. It turned into a beautiful opportunity to teach about REAL food first hand. I have lot’s of photos of the meals we ate. THANK YOU ANJI and ALEX. It couldn’t have happened without you!
Peace & Be Well,
Tara
