Thanks for hosting! In my post this week I debunk the “Healthiest Meal Ever”, which looks more like airline or American school cafeteria food. The British scientists who designed this meal failed to distinguish between factory and real food. I offer a much healthier and better tasting alternative made with real food.

Good morning Sarah, thank you for hosting again!

I shared my experience with my heated conversation about saturated fats. My uncle was telling me to make sure I watched what I fed my 14 month old and that I should eat only the minimal amount of saturated fat possible. I’m still learning about everything so I wasn’t able to back myself up and felt defeated (as my emotions got in the way).

I researched about saturated fat and wrote a post about it (which I will be handing over to my uncle).
