Thanks for hosting! My post this week is about how real food, grassfed meat, and a good attitude can enable the body to stay healthy by improving “terrain.” Real food and grassfed meat were the key to the way I regained my health. I learned so much from the Weston A. Price Foundation website.

Hi Sarah, what do I do if I have a question about an old post? I left a comment with my question there (April 29, 2009 breakfast cereal) but apparently you don’t see those comments anymore.
Thanks

Sarah, this is such a great carnival! I love all of the variety.

This week I’m sharing our weekly menu plan. I have to create it to be allergen-free, based on a rotation diet, GAPS/Primal-friendly, and work on decreasing my budget while keeping the quality of food high. Even if menu planning feels impossible, it CAN be done! You can watch as this relative newbie learns and struggle through it. ;)
