Hi Sarah,
I’ve been on an anti-candida cooking spree recently and wanted to share my Indian Stuffed Peppers recipe as a main dish, the Avocado & Onion Salad
on the side, and our favorite Low-Carb, Grain-Free, Sugar-Free Coconut Macaroon Cookies for dessert. A bona fide meal that candida will hate! :)

I’m very excited about this recipe for key lime pie that doesn’t use awful canned milk, yet sets up perfectly and my father-in-law who loves genuine key lime pie from the Florida Keys gave two thumbs up for taste!

Susan, thank you for this! I have been obsessed with finding wild scallions in the woods near my house. Supposedly they are there (I’ve seen the pics on Facebook!) but I haven’t found any yet. We live in Northern MI.

This week I’m sharing three recipes.

First, I have a secret for really delicious, crispy hash browns. Yum!

Then, try my latest REAL FOOD 101 post, all about how to make yogurt dough. Yogurt dough is from Nourishing Traditions and is great for a variety of recipes, from pie crust to pizza crust to crackers. Plus, it’s soaked overnight, which is great!

Finally, with that yogurt dough I made a real food version of French Silk Pie, complete with whole cane sugar-sweetened whipped cream on top! You’re welcome :D

I know it technically qualifies as “real food”, but I think any post promoting a vegan diet is contrary to the spirit of this link-up. Veganism is NOT healthy! #69 ought to be removed.

This is a bit late but I’ve been hunting for a Ginger Beer/Ale recipe which was published by Sarah or somebody in Monday Mania which I didn’t save!! I wish I had. It used 1/2 cup whey and ginger (obviously) but I can’t remember the rest. My husband has a soda problem and I’m trying out substitutes.
Many thanks to anyone who can help.
