Hello! Thanks for hosting this, I love reading what everyone has to share, these kind of linky things are so great for discovering new ideas.

I’m new to these, but I shared my recipe for Grilled Cajun Catfish with Andouille Sausage Grits and Tomato Sauce;
http://rediscoverthekitchen.blogspot.com/2012/04/kitchen-own-recipe-grilled-catfish-with.html
It is Gluten Free, and very tasty! (I show you how to adjust the heat of Cajun recipes while still staying with the authentic flavors.) Hope someone enjoys!

Thanks for hosting! My post this week is about how delicious the food from small farms can be. Every small farm is unique, and often the farmers and ranchers have special knowledge of how to create food that is so good, it is magical. Let us support them.

Thanks for hosting! Today I’m sharing my scratch Marinara #1 – roma tomato, roasted red pepper and basil. As a cycling/running household, we eat a lot of pasta. I was tired of buying jars of marinara at $4 a pop, so I decided to make my own. I was dismayed when I couldn’t find a scratch recipe that didn’t contain some kind of canned tomato something – so I made my own, without canned ingredients. Tip – buying the overly ripe tomatoes at your local Farmer’s Market makes this cheap & easy (ours are $1 pound). Enjoy! (#71)

Today I am sharing my family’s favorite special breakfast: Cast Iron Skillet Cinnamon Rolls. They are made with sprouted flour and freshly ground winter white wheat, and are very easy to make, at least once in a while as a breakfast treat.

Smooth, creamy, and refreshing all at once???? Yes! Gimme more Saucy Summer Sprout Salad!!!!! I could eat this all day every day. Let me know your thoughts!!! DO get the sprouts fresh at your local farmer’s market! And if you can find Navitas brand of cashews, OMG yum!!! They have em at Lassen’s in bags with all the other Navitas products. I’m not an affiliate but I should be, but I don’t believe in raw cacao and some of the other junk they sell so I’m not gonna be. K, its late so I’m rambling to keep myself awake. Night now.
