  18. Thanks for hosting! This week I am linking to a post about two cakes that I made for Easter which would be great for mother’s day or dad and grads events. One uses sprouted flour and the other is sourdough. One uses a homemade raw cream cheese frosting and the other uses a homemade raw sour cream. They are pretty good!

    This week I’m sharing two recipes: soup and salad. One of my favorite combos!

    (1) A radicchio salad with warm fennel and apple topped with fresh squeezed orange juice

    (2) And roasted cauliflower soup with curry and coconut.

    Perfect!

    I’m sharing my raspberry chocolate torte – a rich fudgy raspberry and chocolate cheesecake layer on a naturally sweetened nut crust. It’s gluten and grain and sugar free!
