I’m sharing my raspberry chocolate torte – a rich fudgy raspberry and chocolate cheesecake layer on a naturally sweetened nut crust. It’s gluten and grain and sugar free!

Hope you enjoy. As ever, thanks for the opportunity to post!

  39. Happy Monday.

This week I’m sharing two recipes: soup and salad. One of my favorite combos!

    (1) A radicchio salad with warm fennel and apple topped with fresh squeezed orange juice

    (2) And roasted cauliflower soup with curry and coconut.

    Perfect!

    Have a great week!

    Be Well,
    –Amber

  40. Thanks for hosting! This week I am linking to a post about two cakes that I made for Easter which would be great for mother’s day or dad and grads events. One uses sprouted flour and the other is sourdough. One uses a homemade raw cream cheese frosting and the other uses a homemade raw sour cream. They are pretty good!
