Hello there! Thanks for hosting. Just entered my link on salt: “Debunking Myths: Not All Salt is Created Equal! Which Kind of Salt is Healthiest?” If you’ve been wondering about the effects of salt on high blood pressure, or on whether or not the kind you use matters for health, this post’s for you! Here’s the link again: http://mylifeinapyramid.com/2012/02/debunking-myths-not-all-salt-is-created-equal-which-kind-of-salt-is-healthiest/ It’s very detailed, but pretty easy to read through. I link a whole bunch of studies and relevant articles in there for reference as well! Peace!

Thank you for this post! It took me some time and questions but found out through Dr. Cate and a chef that yes, you can use less Celtic Sea Salt than say, Morton’s because being real and not processes, it’s just saltier. I thought it was me for a while, then asked around because I was having to cut the salt in all my recipes because it was just too salty using the Celtic. I can always use more but it’s hard to take the saltiness out of an over salted salad dressing or stock.
