Transitioning into farm direct and bulk shopping can be a real trick when your finances are tight! That’s why I wrote this week’s post on Bulk Buying without Breaking the Bank! It launches a new series!

In future posts we’ll get into:
Finding your farmers
Splitting orders
Buying Clubs
Storing the Bounty
What to do when you run out

I’d love comments on all the ways others have saved money by switching to farm direct and bulk shopping!

This week I shared a little twist on a Nourishing Traditions recipe: Ketchup: Fermented & Sugar-Free that also links to Fish Heads in My Stock Pot if you really want to get making it ‘from scratch’. I changed up that recipe to support how to Treat Candida with Diet.

I also shared some of my research on Soaking & Sprouting: How & Why.
