Hi all, happy Monday!
I posted about why I think cheap food equals cheap health. I got in a lively argument with my uncles about why I sacrifice things in order to feed my family high quality food and it got me inspired to write this post.

My aunt has no problem dropping $500 on a new bag but complains about expensive food.

Just doesn’t make sense.
