Hi all, happy Monday!
I posted about why I think cheap food equals cheap health. I got in a lively argument with my uncles about why I sacrifice things in order to feed my family high quality food and it got me inspired to write this post.
My aunt has no problem dropping $500 on a new bag but complains about expensive food.
Just doesn’t make sense.
Check it out! http://healthyrootshappysoul.blogspot.com/2012/12/cheap-food-equals-cheap-health-period.html
