Sarah, I posted a few holiday treat recipes for this week. One is an adult butterscotch pudding/custard and the other is chocolate covered orange peels (using sucanat and other real food goodies although chocolate is a little cheat for the holidays)

I posted about my ongoing gluten challenge. I’m doing it after a year gluten-free and about 9 months on GAPS so that I can get tested for celiac disease. I didn’t start out thinking I had a problem with gluten. My body is telling a different story. http://theliberatedkitchenpdx.com/physical-health/joys-gluten-challenge/

Sarah, I hope you remove #60 (Cleaning doesn’t get any more easier….). The poor wording should’ve been my first clue, but since I have been making my own homemade cleaners lately I clicked it anyway and expected to find some real cleaning tips. However, it is an AD! Very frustrating!

It’s another REAL FOOD 101 post from me. This week I tackle Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, a favorite from my childhood that I have real foodified. I have been like a kid in the candy store with it around. We’ve been dipping fried cheese sticks and veggies in it, and eating it on salads of course. Yum!

For Christmas coming up over the weekend I am making these peanut butter cups that I made with cocoa butter and honey. They are GAPS-legal! And you won’t feel sick after you eat one during the holiday season.

The PB cups at our house are going into stocking in place of store-bought candy.
