Hi Sarah,

I’ve been trying to emulate the texture of Jennie’s Macaroons (sans the cane sugar) for some time and I think I’ve got it…I hope! LOL Maybe this would be a fun Thanksgiving treat. Enjoy!

If you’ve never heard of Portuguese Milk Mayonnaise you’re going to want to give this eggless, and soyless emulsion a try. It’s best made using whole, raw milk and walnut oil. It also makes a fabulous dip or dressing for your Thanksgiving table!
