Many people believe that the healthiest beverage is plain water. While a glass of filtered water is certainly excellent, these ancestrally inspired recipes for healthy drinks add flavor, enzymes and probiotics to the mix.

These nutritious drink recipes are perfect for those trying to break the soda habit. They are an excellent choice to sip during mealtimes as well to add enzymes for digesting cooked foods. This prevents the potential for bloating, heartburn and other digestive symptoms.
