Delicious mix-up to run-of-the-mill scrambled eggs using garlic ghee and turmeric for a spiced-up breakfast that is anything but ordinary.

When it comes to breakfast, eggs are certainly at the top of the list of healthy choices. I remember my Grandfather frying up two eggs cooked in butter every single morning. No doubt, this nourishing morning ritual loaded with healthy fats was one reason he was able to live independently in his own house to the ripe old age of 97.

While eggs are certainly nutritious, they can get a bit boring morning after morning. If you need a mix-up to the routine, try this tasty twist on basic scrambled eggs. My husband came up with it, and I have to say that it is my favorite way to enjoy eggs of late!
