Detox Bath Quick Reference Guide (printable!)

by Sarah Pope / Apr 28, 2025 / Affiliate Links ✔

Cleansing detoxification baths quick reference guide that doubles as a printable for posting on the refrigerator or bathroom cabinet as needed!

detoxification bath water in white tub

Some of the most popular natural remedies posts I’ve written over the years are simple detoxification baths that assist the body in removing toxins quickly and efficiently.

Katie E., a reader friend from Canada, recently sent me an amazing printable PDF that summarizes the baths in a single document. She put it together for her husband and kindly shared it for others to use.

She and her husband are regenerative grain farmers and can be contacted at their website, Norkenzie Farms.

This detox bath quick reference guide works as a printable to post on the refrigerator or inside a bathroom cabinet as needed!

I’ve listed each bath below with the link to the specific post if you would like more details about any of them.

  • Baking Soda Bath
  • Epsom Salts Bath
  • Apple Cider Vinegar Bath
  • Sea Salt and Baking Soda Bath
  • Epsom Salts, Baking Soda & Borax (nanotech and graphene oxide detox)
  • Alfalfa Bath (nanotech)
  • Seaweed Bath
  • Borax Foot Soak (athlete’s foot and toe fungus)
  • Fever Bath

Thank you to Katie E. for this very useful printable!
