There is something uniquely satisfying about a hot breakfast that contains low to no carbs as it can ensure a steady energy supply all morning long. Most ancestral cultures favored this type of meal, and in Asian countries like Japan, it isn’t unheard of for breakfast to feature a salad and a piece of fish!
