That Is Good To Know Show Podcast

I was a guest on the That Is Good To Know radio show a couple of weeks ago.

My son, Royce, is a cohost of the weekly show, so I thought I would share a link to our 30-minute chat.

I really enjoyed the interview with your son, Royce. I am still learning new things every day through you. Thank you! The interaction between you and Royce was so sweet. I have two grown sons of my own, and it melted my heart to hear he speak with you on all the things you gave taught him. Well done Sarah!

I enjoyed the interview with your son on “that’s good to know”. I follow you and your amazing articles on health and DIY recipes, etc. lots of natural knowledge you share that is good for our health. I am also a witness of the old way of cooking, eating, washing the face and body, washing clothes, etc. from my mother that she learned it from her mother and grand mother and passed it onto me and we still apply it. I respect these traditions because it was the way people since ancient times did it and were healthy and strong hard workers. Those days there were very few doctors and the mothers were the ones taking care of the entire family in case of emergencies and there were very minimal chronic conditions. I bought one of your books and now I am interested in the one about fats which again is something that my mother was very careful too, she used butter to cook or bake (never margarine she would say) and refined olive oil for cooking and the extra virgin for salads. Thanks for all what you are doing.
