Egg Recipes For Lunch

egg recipes for lunch

6 Recipes

My husband and I enjoy easy egg recipes for lunch at least once a week. First, grab the fresh eggs laid in the hen house that morning. Fry four of them up in butter on a skillet and plop them atop a bowl of organic spring greens. Drizzle on some balsamic vinegar and olive oil, serve with a probiotic beverage of choice and you’re done!

More simple egg recipe suggestions for the noontime meal are listed below. The bottom line is that eggs work pretty much with and on anything. They are a good choice for lunch as the load of healthy fats helps to prevent a mid-afternoon slump with the typical craving for sugar or caffeine boost.
