Podcast of “What About Nutrition” Radio Interview

What About Nutrition interview

I really enjoyed talking with “Mr. Nutrition” David Gaule last week on his show “What About Nutrition” which airs each weekend on 100.7FM in St. Louis, Missouri.

The radio station sent me the audios of the interview, so I was able to create a podcast so that those of you who were busy when the show aired this past weekend can still listen in.

The 30-minute show consists of 2 – 12 minute segments.  The commercials are removed in the podcasts below so the total interview time is 24 minutes.

In the interview, I talk quite a bit about my upcoming talks this weekend at the first Wise Traditions Regional Conference in St. Louis.   I hope to meet many of you there for what promises to be a fun, educational, and delicious event.

* Remember, if you can only come for one of the two days, partial registrations are welcome!

Maybe somewhere in the Southeast next year. Nothing definite at this time though.

Wonderful interview. I’ve FB shared with friends as you include some great bits of information about traditional eating that make a good introduction to someone who doesn’t know about ie. Someday, I’d love to go to one of these conferences.

Your podcast was so inspiring and I felt the call! My daughter and I just bought our plane tickets. (Thanks for extending the deadline!) Registration is complete. I am so excited and look forward to meeting you. And I am equally grateful to have the opportunity to share this first-hand Knowledge with my college-age daughter. I feel a special warmth in me with this. Thanks for the outstretched hand.

That is very exciting Pam! Can’t wait to meet you too … be sure to introduce yourself as you know what I look like from my videos but I won’t know you to say hi! I am actually a little shy in person by nature – I’ve gotten over this for the most part but am sometimes a little reserved in a crowd of people so don’t take that as being unfriendly! 🙂
