Maureen Diaz, host of the God’s Good Table podcast, has been a dear friend of mine for many years.
Her oldest daughter, Erin, actually babysat my two oldest children over 20 years ago!
Maureen is featured on one of my earliest blog videos from 2009, sharing her incredible recipe for panna cotta sweetened with maple syrup instead of sugar!
I recently sat down with Maureen and another wonderful friend and fellow blogger, Kelly The Kitchen Kop, to discuss The Economics of Feeding Your Family Well.
I hope you enjoy our in-depth and personal discussion on this episode of God’s Good Table.
Be sure to leave a comment with your thoughts, give a thumbs up, and/or subscribe to Maureen’s fabulous resource for Traditional Foodies!

Wonderful video! I really enjoyed it. I used to buy country crock, too!
LOL! That is such a toxic product. I even used to cook with it in the early 90’s. Can’t get much worse than that except that back then, at least there were no GMOs yet.
Love this pod cast! Use to watch Maureen when she started the podcast, but haven’t watched in a long time. Need to add to my list I would love to see you all in the kitchen! I have change my eating the last 15 years after finding Weston A. Price. My husband & I grew up with all home cooked meals, going out to eat was a rare treat. I did the same with my children, but not all ingredients were great. I try to teach my kids & cook for them. Thank you!
So glad you enjoyed it! We had a lot of fun doing it!
