How to Succeed at Real Food for the Long Haul

by Sarah Pope / Affiliate Links ✔

busy people

The Time Factor is one problem I’ve consistently encountered over the years coaching people who are transitioning from a conventional, processed diet to a Real Food diet.  Learning to find the time to prepare meals from scratch from the home kitchen 7 days a week, 365 days a year is certainly no small undertaking.

The great news is that it can definitely be done – you just need to know how to do it!

Rather than figure out the art of efficient Real Food preparation all by yourself over months and years through trial and error, which is sadly what I had to do, why not save yourself a lot of frustration and learn from a panel of experts who show you the tricks in a hands-on manner each from her own Real Food kitchen?

Sound like a great idea? If so, then you will want to check out the new cooking class, Real Food for Busy People, offered by Village Green Network, which I am thrilled to be part of.

The Real Food for Busy People Cooking Class features 17 Real Food bloggers many of whom you probably already know and love who have teamed up to share their individual secrets for nailing the Time Factor problem of Real Food sourcing and preparation.

The 12-week class starts in a couple of weeks and includes the following lesson plan along with lifetime access to class materials and a 50+ video library with exclusive content not available anywhere else.  It is also on sale at 25% off for a limited time and at 50% off for Village Green Premium members:

Detailed syllabus

  1. Labor Saving Equipment
  2. Saving Time – Shopping
  3. Saving Time – Food Preparation
  4. Speedy Bone Broth
  5. Fast Fermented Foods
  6. Quickie Breakfasts
  7. Lunches and Snacks in a Snap
  8. Last Minute and Make-Ahead Dinners
  9. Grains and Grain-Free Alternatives Made Easy
  10. Saving Time – Outsourcing
  11. Simple Desserts
  12. Real Food on the Go

There is no doubt that finding the time to fit the many tasks of Real Food preparation into a busy schedule in an efficient and yet effective manner is the #1 problem of sticking with a healthy dietary plan for your family long term.

Whether you are just getting started with a Real Food lifestyle, exasperated with how long everything seems to take, or have fallen back into a processed food habit due to an inability to keep everything consistently on track, this class can help.

I have already started filming my lessons for the class, both in my house and off-site, and I can’t wait to share it with those of you who decide to participate!

This is very informative. I’m so interested in this cooking class. I’m one of those who don’t have really time preparing healthy food in the house. I would like to learn. Thanks for sharing the links! 🙂
