GAPS Recipes

gaps diet recipes

85 Recipes

These GAPS recipes are specifically designed for those following the gut rebalancing protocol designed by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride MD.

Because GAPS diet recipes are hard to come by online, I developed these while my husband and I followed the protocol several years ago.

The GAPS diet excludes all grains, starches and disaccharide sugars for a period of time to allow the gut wall to heal and seal. Hence, the recipes utilize nut and coconut flours and fruit or honey as the sweeteners.

I hope these dishes allow you to enjoy a treat every now and then, which will increase the chances of you remaining on the protocol long enough for it to help improve your health.
