Fermented Sauces

fermented condiment and dressing recipes

20 Recipes

Fermented sauces rich in probiotics and enzymes are quite possibly one of the easiest ways to get live food into your family at mealtimes!

For those with any sort of digestive issues, consuming these types of sauces in small amounts with a meal of cooked foods makes the post-meal experience much less distressing. It may even alleviate symptoms completely for some people!

Not sure what to start with first? I would suggest mayonnaise, since virtually every brand on the market including organic versions are unhealthy. The few brands that are acceptable are very expensive! Making your own takes a couple of minutes, is very budget friendly, and the flavor is amazing. It is unlikely that you will have any complaints even from the picky eaters in your household.

You won’t ever feel guilty again slathering on generous amounts on whatever dish or sandwich suits your fancy!
