7 Recipes

Box cereal is one of the most unhealthy breakfast choices. If you love cold breakfast cereal from a box, it is best to learn to make your own as factory processing involves violent extrusion which denatures the proteins in the grains rendering them allergenic. Consuming boxed cereal day after day is a big risk for developing intestinal problems as well due to the lack of easy absorption. Old fashioned porridges or slowly dried cooked cereals that you make yourself that are naturally crunchy in a bowl with the milk of your choice is the healthy alternative!
