  1. Soak sprouted almonds in filtered water and sea salt overnight.  This is necessary to soften them enough to make a paste.

  2. Drain off the soaking water and process almonds in a food processor until smooth.

  3. In a half-gallon mason jar, mix the almond paste with the remaining ingredients and enough filtered water to fill the jug to 1 inch below the rim.

  4. Stir and refrigerate with a secure lid until chilled.

  5. Stir each time you pour a glass. Enjoy alone or try making this refreshing blueberry banana almond milk smoothie recipe.
