  1. Cut a ripe avocado in half and scoop out the contents into a small bowl. Mash well with a fork.

  2. Squeeze a quarter lime (or lemon) into the mashed avocado and add a pinch of cayenne pepper and optional collagen peptides. Mix well.

  3. Spread the avocado mixture on one slice of toasted sourdough bread.

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes on top. They add a bit of crunchiness and flavor that is amazing! Serve and enjoy!
