  • 1 cup cottage cheese preferably raw and full fat
  • 1 peach sliced, preferably organic
  • 1 Tbl carob powder
  • 1-2 Tbl raw honey
  • 6-8 ounces whole milk preferably raw
  • 4 drops stevia extract optional


  1. Mix well in a blender and serve.

  2. Alternatively, blend in a mason jar with a handheld stick blender.
