Instructions

  1. Slice the English muffins in half.

  2. Toast on low until light brown on the edges.

  3. Top each toasted half with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. Spread with a knife so the sauce is even across the surface.

  4. Place 1 slice of cheese on top of the sauce.

  5. Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Cut each muffin half into quarters and serve immediately.

  7. Refrigerate leftovers in a glass container with a tight fitting lid for up to 4 days.
