  1. Place butter in a medium to large bowl and allow to soften to room temperature.

  2. Drizzle in honey and sprinkle in the ground cinnamon.

  3. Use a hand mixer and blend the butter, honey and cinnamon on low speed until well mixed.

  4. Transfer honey cinnamon butter to a butter crock or a similarly small container.

  5. Honey cinnamon butter is good to use for several days when covered on the counter. It will last for several weeks in a traditional butter crock.
