Ingredients

  • 1 pint kefir preferably grassfed and raw
  • 6 strawberries preferably organic
  • 2 bananas preferably organic
  • 2-4 drops stevia extract optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar.

  2. Use a stick blender to mix thoroughly.

  3. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
