  1. Thaw the bone broth in a pot on the stove set to low heat.

  2. When the bone broth is thawed, crush the garlic cloves and blend into the broth with the remaining ingredients.

  3. Warm to just below a boil and serve with a dollop of homemade sour cream if desired to add enzymes, additional flavor, and nourishment.
