Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana ripe but not mushy
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa or carob powder NOT cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup ice optional
