Am I worried about the Swine Flu?
As a Weston A. Price Foundation Chapter Leader, I’ve had a number of folks ask me what I think about this swine flu hysteria that is dominating the news this week. Well, it seems to me that it is a GREAT time to vacation in Mexico! Think of all the great deals that must abound right about now and for the coming weeks. If your anxiety level can be so easily controlled by the stories the media chooses to whip into a frenzy, that is a recipe for a very worry ridden life. This swine flu holds little to no risk for the average American, let alone we healthy home econonomists who practice a balanced, healthy lifestyle! So get out there and mingle .. and don’t wear a mask!
