This amazing story was sent to me by Melanie, a Mom who has been drinking nothing but raw, pastured milk for over 100 days to heal her Lyme Disease. Nothing else has worked for her over the past 4 years.
Her healing journey is based on the use of raw, pastured milk for reversal of serious illness as practiced in the early 1900′s by the Mayo Foundation, a forerunner of the famed Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota.
If this story is of interest to you, read more about The Milk Cure 2012.
Here is Melanie’s story ….
From Normal Mom to Near Invalid
Four years ago I was an active wife and mother: cooking, cleaning, running errands, volunteering at my daughter’s school – the usual “stay at home” mother activities. Without warning, I suddenly became very ill after being exposed to loud noise for several hours.
I developed excruciating pain in both ears and was subsequently diagnosed with “hyperacusis”, painful sensitivity to sound. I could not bear any noise louder than normal conversation without intense pain and became confined to my home. At about the same time, I began suffering from severe insomnia and night sweats, and I began to rapidly lose weight.
I developed muscle and joint pain over my entire body, and my muscles became so weak that I could not turn on the shower or lift a glass of water to my lips. Eating was painful because my stomach hurt, and my muscles twitched so badly it made the bed shake. For months my face was swollen and I developed spontaneous bleeding underneath my toenails causing them to turn black.
Inexplicably, my body seemed to be “falling apart”!
Diagnosis: Lyme Disease
After having numerous diagnostic tests I was told my blood was too thin, my blood sugar was too high, I had no detectable good bacteria in my intestines, and my body had an extremely high level of an enzyme with a long name we’d never heard of before. My immune system was so dysfunctional that I tested allergic to nearly 80 foods. After seeing many specialists to determine what was wrong, I was finally diagnosed with lyme disease, a chronic debilitating infection caused by a tick bite.
During those months while we awaited a diagnosis, different doctors had prescribed various medications and synthetic vitamin supplements to treat my symptoms. Although we did not understand why at the time, all of them made me terribly ill and I was forced to discontinue taking anything (in hindsight that was a great blessing, as we would later learn those unnatural substances were only adding to the toxic burden on my body.)
We were grateful to have a diagnosis but knew that, in my weakened condition, I could not tolerate any medical treatment. With no good options and my physical state rapidly worsening, we did the only thing we knew to do: called the elders of our church to come anoint me with oil and pray for my healing. Knowing that Jesus had said, “The truth will set you free”, I set out to discover his truth for my physical body. What was the underlying cause of my illness? Why was my immune system so weak? How could my health be restored? What did he want me to eat? In my search for the truth, the answers to those questions would change the course of my life.
Determined Quest to Detoxify
One of the first things I learned was that, whatever the diagnosis, there really is only one chronic disease – toxicity and nutritional deficiency. Basically, my body had become overloaded with toxins and was unable to function properly. Just as there was only one disease, there was only one cure. I needed to eliminate (as much as possible) the toxins coming into my body, cleanse my body of stored toxins, and provide it with the nutrients it needed to repair and rebuild.
Since I would not be taking medication or supplements, food would be my “medicine”.
After much research, I cut out many things from my diet: additives, preservatives, artificial flavorings and colorings – basically all processed food. I also eliminated soy, gluten, yeast and sugar. I ate only what was organic so as not to ingest pesticides. Over a period of two years I experimented with eating different foods that were supposed to have healing qualities: goji juice, acai powder, coconut oil, raw garlic, cultured vegetables, freshly made vegetable juice, apple cider vinegar, manuka honey, non-gluten grains soaked overnight, sea vegetables, grass-fed beef, sea salt.
For months I ate six raw egg yolks a day from a local farm. I consumed gallons of raw coconut kefir and homemade bone broth. I ate dozens of jars of raw nut butter and grass-fed ghee and drank only spring water.
After more research I learned that, even with my new eating plan, I had still been unknowingly pouring harmful chemicals into my body on a daily basis through toxic personal care items. I threw out all my health and beauty supplies and used only a bit of pure castile soap on my skin and hair. I discarded my household cleaning and laundry products and instead used vinegar, baking soda, and a dried fruit called “soapnuts”.
I replaced our teflon pans with non-toxic ceramic, and our plastic containers with glass bowls. I had a water filter installed in the shower and opened windows to air out our home. I bounced on a rebounder for half an hour each day to flush out my lymph system, and twice a day took a walk in the sun until my legs became too weak to continue.
With the elimination of many toxins and a complete change in diet and lifestyle, I did see some improvement. I could finally sleep, my pain lessened somewhat, and a number of my symptoms disappeared. I was able to start taking a plant-based digestive enzyme, hoping it would help my stomach.
Could The Milk Cure Be the Answer?
Still, I continued losing weight and was unable to regain my strength. My hair started falling out and I continued to have serious digestive problems. Despite eating large quantities of food, by last summer I had lost more than one-third of my starting weight.
Through my research, I had repeatedly seen how drinking raw milk had helped many people, but since I had such trouble digesting fats I had avoided it. Then I read several articles from the early 1900’s describing how doctors had used an exclusive raw milk diet to successfully treat every sort of disease. It was described as “a combination of a detoxifying fast and nutrient-dense feeding” – just what I needed.
I also read that fasting gives the digestive system a break so that all the body’s energy can be devoted to healing. Based on my research, and since it was becoming increasingly difficult to digest solid food, I decided to try the raw milk fast for 90 days or as long as I could tolerate.
I located a farm with raw milk about 20 minutes from our home. It is not certified organic although they claim to use many organic practices. The cows are grass-fed much of the year and eat hay in the winter. Although their diet is supplemented with a small amount of non-gmo corn and the milk is sold in plastic containers, it was the best we could find locally. Having little to lose, I decided to proceed with my plan.
The Milk Cure Begins
I began my fast on November 18, 2011, and from the beginning have been drinking about three quarts of milk per day.
Some of it I make into kefir. The rest I let sit out on the counter for 12-24 hours to come to room temperature (cold foods are bad for my digestion) and begin a natural souring process that increases the beneficial bacteria. I drink about six ounces every hour, sipping it slowly and mixing well with saliva.
I take part of a digestive enzyme capsule with it – this is probably not necessary, but I was reluctant to stop using the enzymes since they had seemed to help me digest fats. I usually drink my last cup of milk around 8 p.m. and then go to bed since I know the body repairs during sleep.
Since beginning the fast, I have experienced many common healing reactions: skin eruptions, itching, runny nose, headache, increased muscle and joint pains, sweating, body odor, gas and bloating, constipation, dry mouth. For two days the glands in my neck were so swollen that is was hard to swallow, and for several weeks I coughed up green mucus every morning. Some days I have had a strong chemical taste in my mouth. The past couple of weeks my legs have ached badly on several occasions making it difficult to stand and walk. None of these symptoms has concerned me, for I know that my body is flushing out toxins and ”cleaning house”.
Now for the good news: after four years of my body wasting away, I have gained 25 pounds and am back to a normal weight for my petite frame. My hair has stopped falling out, my pain is gradually lessening, and I am slowly regaining my strength.
My sickly yellowish complexion has been replaced with a healthy pink glow!
How long will I continue my fast? I do not know. I trust that the Lord will lead me to know when and how to re-introduce solid food. Until then, our family thanks Him daily for the healing power of raw milk!

I’m glad to hear that itching is a healing reaction – I’ve been on GAPS for a couple of months and have had intense itching all over my body for at least the past month. I noticed that Dr Natasha says that one can try and introducing raw milk on full GAPS. I’ll definitely give it a go when I feel ready as we live just down the road from a grass-fed dairy who happily supplies us with raw milk. Thanks for sharing this amazing story!

Thank you for this amazing story!
Wow, that is amazing!!!! What an awesome story. I am so glad for this woman and her family
Thanks for sharing her testimonial with us!
OMGosh!! That would be me!!! I had it but I know I still am suffering from it as I had it for 2 years before I was diagnosed. I will join the milk fast- headed up to the farm tomorrow!!!!
We have been advised in England that the ticks are growing and mating as we have had a warm winter we live in the country so long sleeves an trousers while walking out , we have also an increase in schmallenberg disease in livestock x
where can you buy raw milk near Ontario, Quebec or New York State ?
Go to realmilk.com
“pasteurized raw” Confused. Is that possible?
Its “pastured” raw milk. Like a cow that grazes in a pasture. Not “pastuerized”. lol
I would love to give this a go but cannot get that much raw milk here in MI. We do own a cow share but can only get 1 gallon a week right now. In the summer we can get 1 1/2 gallons. We could buy more cow shares and get more milk, but being retired senior citizens that is not practical. So glad this lady got such good results with her Lyme’s disease.
That is awesome!
Pastured, not pasteurized.
Thank you Sarah for posting this. I needed a little reassurance that it has helped someone with a sickness. I am confident now that I have made the right decision to try to help me with my asthma situation. I will be doing the 10 day cure with the cod liver oil to begin with and see if there is any difference and let you know how I am doing. Thank you for ALL the help and knowledge that you have given me to take my baby steps further with my family. I am praying my outcome will be a similar one as this women’s is.
Mary Kate, if this fast works for you, feel free to keep on rolling after the 10 days is up.

Mary Kate. Just wanted to share that after having asthma for almost 40 years and being on medication for a good 30 of those years and after trying every alternative remedy out there you can think of I finally turned to GAPS and after only a few weeks on the intro diet my asthma dissapeared! Not only that but my energy skyrocketed and my moods became compeltely blissful! Now at 41 I am pregnant with my 3rd child, something I would’ve never considered last year while I was still having asthma. Water fasting and the Master Cleanse used to help with my asthma symptoms alot so I wish you the best with your milk cure. Don’t give up, you can do it!
I’m happy for you and that you were persistent on finding a possible cure. I think your story will help many others. Keep us updated.
Too bad I’m allergic. Yes, even to raw. I’ve tried for years (goat & cow). I seem to be okay with butter, though. How about a butter cure?
I’m also allergic even to raw milk kefir. However, recently I learned that if I mix in a raw egg with the kefir, I have no stomach problems.
I’m in the same boat. Maybe we need a raw liver cure or something! (Lucky us … milk tastes a lot better, LOL.)
Jamie – how do you do with raw cream? If you do ok with butter, you might do well with raw cream. If not raw cream then get raw butter.

Incredible!!
Its always inspiring to read real stories of real people healing their illnesses by using completely natural means such as food. Truly is amazing.
I’m working on getting my raw milk this week! Going to try a short fast ‘ see if it helps my stomach issues!
I do believe in the healing effects of raw milk. That is why we drink it. HOWEVER, having had chronic Lyme for 10 years, I have talked to many, many people and what I have learned is this: what works for one person, doesn’t necessarily work for another, ESPECIALLY when you’re talking about Lyme Disease. Lyme looks different with each person. So, proceed with the utmost caution, should you decide to try this!
Casey…I’m so glad you know personally the healing effects of raw milk. I’ve experienced those effects myself. But with all due respect, I’d like to point out that proceeding with too much caution has kept a lot of people stuck dealing with the same debilitating chronic health problems they want to be rid of. I’m not suggesting that we throw caution to the wind, but what many need is to proceed with determination to find something that will begin the healing process. Each of us must do our own research (don’t just jump on any old band-wagon), decide upon a course, and act with resolve.
Whole foods HEAL! That is the message we should take away from Melanie’s message.
Thanks for posting this! I was diagnosed with Lyme 20 months ago and when I saw Sarah’s post for the Milk Cure 2012, I was on board “just to see” what changes could occur. I was very lucky to already be eating a clean, nourishing diet when infected so the course of Lyme has been somewhat less treacherous (Kudos to you for enduring your path — and taking control!). I was NOT getting enough sleep as I had an infant and I believe that is what allowed my body to succumb. Nonetheless, it’s up to me to allow my body to fully heal — and I am inspired to try the Milk Cure toward that end. Thanks for sharing!
Problem #1: raw milk CANNOT be pasteurized.
And for what it’s worth, there is no science to the idea raw cow milk does anything. Why would it? It was designed to feed a growing newborn cow, not to nourish an adult human.
If cow milk does anything for Lymes disease, can you explain the mechanism? Why is there no science behind it? Why would some mysterious ingredient in cow milk do anything to the borreliosis bacteria? Cow milk doesn’t have any anti-bacterial qualities.
Interesting someone brought up stomach issues. Cow milk, raw or pasteurized, still contains a special kind of sugar called lactose. In order to break down lactose, the body needs to produce lactase, the matching enzyme. But, since humans are supposed to stop drinking milk when they’re weaned from mom’s breast, many don’t produce much lactase as adults. Depending on how poorly your body handles the lactose, the stomache problems will vary: gas, pain, bloating, and/or diarrhea. And then Americans wonder why so many are irregular or have painful gas problems…? These are not “healing reactions”!
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0001321/
If someone enjoys drinking cow milk, then do it. But please don’t tell others it’s healthy where there is no science behind it.
It would be nice if you thought outside the box. The governments not always right. Doing your own research and trial and error instead of just going off of what an article says would probably benefit you.
There is an enormous body of scientific studies supporting the superior nutritional healing powers of raw mik.
http://realmilk.com/ppt/CampaignforRealMilkSept2011.ppt
One mechanism explaining how it heals Lyme is the Competitive Exclusionary Principle, in which flooding a system with beneficial microbes (such as all the lactobacillus sp. in raw milk) starves out the pathogenic organisms including the Lyme spirochete.
Pastured, NOT pasteurized!
Sarah, TheHealthyHomeEconomist\’s last post: The Milk Cure for Healing Lyme Disease
You are obviously unaware that milk has enzymes that break down lactose. These enzymes are killed in the pasteurization process. My son is sensitive to milk, but he can drink raw milk all day with no problems. I did a 6 day milk fast last year and my IBS symptoms disappeared for that time, suggesting that raw milk can be healing to the digestive system. You should do a little more research.
Some of the fats in cow milk DEFINITELY DO have anti-bacterial qualities.
“According to in vitro studies of milk fat, glycosphingolipids not only appear protective against pathogenic bacteria such as salmonella, listeria and others, but also against viruses and fungi as well. Butterfat can then be classified as a broad spectrum anti-microbial agent, although how this exactly works in the intestines is not yet completely understood.”

Calico,
I’ve read about injecting the Lyme bacteria into the udder of a cow and using the colostrum to heal Lyme Disease. This works because the cow makes antibodies to the bacteria, the same way that all other mammals (humans included) make antibodies to combat infections that they’re exposed to to protect their offspring. Some cultures are more likely to produce lactase than others, so it’s not an accurate statement to say that people cannot digest milk from another species.
there is a doctor in Eau Claire, WI that specializes in natural, complete reversal of Lyme’s: Dr. Allan Lindsley.
Yes, Annie, several in our family and extended family have had a “complete reversal” of Lymes from Dr Allan Lindsley. He uses tinctures specific to the combination of bacteria within the person. There can be up to 6 or more different bacteria involved within each case and Dr Lindsley can test for which ones for each person. The tincture then is mixed specifically for each person’s needs. Thus, he has a high success rate. This is also why there is no single cure for all.
One word of caution for the milk cure, have the milk tested first as there often is lymes within the meat or milk of the cow if she has been bitten by a tick with lymes. Pastured cows are the most likely to have that problem.
I’d also testify that Alan Lindsley’s tincture is effective. He has cleared my Lymes and my friends’ and family members’. He is a great source to have living in the Northwoods!
Would love more info on Dr. Thanks !!!!
Trisha
Both my mother and father have Lyme. Thank you for acknowledging this awful disease that mainstream doctors are so ignorant of!
Very interesting article! So glad she is improving from this! My family’s Lyme (and related food allergies) has been cured by Homeopathy! Electro-Dermal Screening and Nosodes….So thankful!
I agree with Casey. Lyme presents itself differently in everyone. I was just diagnosed with Lyme after 15 years of misdiagnoses. Proceed with caution and not everything is good for everyone!
How can it be raw *and* pasturized? Can’t, not that I know of… ??
LOL! I did the same thing – read pastured as pasturized. LOL!
A few years ago I found an article on the internet that said the Mayo Clinic was curing all sorts of illnesses with nothing but raw milk diet in the early 1900′s…not long after that the gov. started pushing pasturized. Does anyone know of this report on the Mayo Clinic? I lost it in one of my many computer crashes over the years…
Jamie, have you tried raw kefir? Much of the lactose is broken down in kefir that is present in milk in general. She did mention drinking lots of kefir and the beneficial bacterias in kefir have been known to help many with illnesses. Cultured Food Life has so much great information on it!!!
I know the person personally featured in this article. Let me tell you, it is ABSOLUTELY true. I have seen this woman holding on to a great Christian faith. She had great spiritual strength, but wasting away physically and now because of GOD and raw milk, she is regaining her physical strength and health. WOW!! AMAZING!! Well, God did make the cows didn’t he?
Is there a way she would be willing to email? I have been on a milk diet since January for the same symptoms, and am having a lot of trouble. Perhaps she could point something out that she is doing versus what I am?
There is no evidence to support that chronic Lyme disease is even a real entity.
Yes, I suspect you are right about that Heather. To me Lyme Disease is just what docs call something when they have no diagnosis. It really is just toxicity and nutritional deficiency rolled into one combined with the individual’s genetic weaknesses. IN other words, any combination of symptoms would fit!
However, this does not in any way reduce the astonishing nature of Melanie’s story .. she was a VERY SICK lady and raw milk is healing her. Who really cares what the “label” of the illness is?
Sarah, TheHealthyHomeEconomist\’s last post: The Milk Cure for Healing Lyme Disease
You guys need to watch the documentary ‘Under our Skin’ on netflix. Chronic Lyme disease is a very real thing and is going misdiagnosed all over this country. Once Lyme has been in your body for a while it no longer shows up in blood work. The Borrelia bacteria multiply and move to different areas if the body, manifesting in varying symptoms, which to doctors often look like other problems: fibro myalgia, chronic fatigue, Lou gherigs, even Alzheimer’s. For whatever reason, our government does not want it recognized as a real disease, and therefore makes it nearly impossible for a patient to get treatment from a medical dr. It is extremely difficult to find a dr who will put their medical license on the line to treat lyme. Thankfully (for my family, and several of my friends) we were able to be treated with homeopathy (which is so much better for our bodies than months or years of antibiotics – the only method found to work by medical drs who have actually researched and treated Lyme).
You can watch ‘Under Our Skin’ for free on Hulu. I highly recommend watching it!!

I am just curious-how did everyone get diagnosed with Lyme disease? Immunoglobulin testing, Western Blot, other? I work in Rheumatology and test often for Lyme but have not yet seen anyone with “chronic” Lyme infection. I have seen some who have lingering fatigue after treatment. And others who completely recover with conventional treatment.
I wonder if the treatment used causes gut issues for some which in turn affects the immune system and causes the lingering effects that lead to a diagnosis of “chronic” Lyme disease?
That’s an interesting theory, Liz. The antibiotics used to treat Lyme might be killing off beneficial organisms involved in producing neurotransmitters – maybe causing some of the odd sort of mental fog or neurological symptoms. And maybe causing other metabolic or hormonal dysregulation. Lyme disease symptoms seem all over the map which makes sufferers appear to be hypochondriac. And it could be that imbalance in gut microbiome can impact any number of biochemical pathways downstream.
Try a CD 57 lab test. If numbers are low, rule out leukemia. If it’s not leukemia, my Dr. tells me it’s Lyme. Since I had no tick or mosquito bite in the winter of the test, it’s chronic lyme. A CD 57 is retested quarterly after treatment.
Anita: That article you’re talking about is linked in this article.
I LOVE healing stories!!! There are too many stories of troubles and death in the news. I am really close to actually locating some raw milk for my family and especially my son, yay! I’m in Canada…farmers have to make very tight and well thought-out contracts to make it legal and because it is such a hassle for the farmers, animal shares just aren’t that popular. Congratulations to Melanie for finding her cure and good luck on your own fast, Sarah.
I’m in! One question? I raise dairy goats and do have ample yummy milk! But I know there are nutrient differences in the milks? Can this do also for a fast? I feel this sounds dumb, but hey?
My heifer won’t freshen till spring! And all the large and small dairies around me are drug happy, GMO worshippers! Yikes! Well, what do you think? Raw goat??

I am so glad my niece let me know about this. She and two of her girls, and I have Lyme. (Actually, 8 in our family do, but we are the ones that are currently treating and have been the sickest with it.)
I am going to have my husband calculate what I need (since my brain has been so messed up from the Lyme). I hope I can get enough milk and on time.
One of the other things Lyme caused in me was ulcerative colitis, so if I could get my gut a chance to heal with this, then I believe my immune system would be better, too (although, Lyme has turned off the immune system cloaking in my DNA, etc.).
I have just passed the words to my friends with Lyme disease.
Thanks!
I would go full GAPS then add raw milk, especially with the ulcerative colitis. You are in deep and need to heal as quickly as possible beginning with detoxing your system.
Fascinating. Raw milk is curative in so many ways. Thanks for sharing this info in hopes of helping others who struggle with Lyme.
Interesting read….thanks for putting this out there! Lyme disease (and other tick borne diseases) are seriously debilitating and life destroying. Not everything here (on this site) is necessarily based in scientific fact, but that doesn’t necessarily take anything away from what is in this article. There is, also, not all that much information out there in the scientific community, regarding accurate Lyme information, or any tick disease information…..so it takes personal journeys put out on the internet to help people find the paths that will best help them deal with all this!!! SO many people are looking for help with Lyme disease symptoms. Here’s another one….for everyone that has been tested for the Borrelia Burgdorferii…..how many have been tested for the Borrelia Hermsii?????? I test negative for the Lyme, but I was positive for the Borrelia Hermsii….which is basically….the OTHER Lyme disease. It has a mortality rate at the onset that Lyme disease does not have…but then, past that point, the symptoms are all the same. People with Lyme symptoms that test negative for Lyme disease, and are then summarily dismissed by their doctors, need to be checked for this one!!!!
As to whether these diseases are “chronic” or not…..the term is used to describe symptoms that have been going on a long time. Acute means symptoms started quickly. Took a different doctor (board certified infectious disease doctor, NOT a “Lyme” doctor) to listen and diagnose my symptoms, after two of my sisters had this disease and insisted I be checked, too. The ticks attributed to this are the soft-bodied ticks…..they don’t embed…..and not many even know about them. These are where there are rats, mice, birds, etc. There is the WA1 disease now….plus all these other co-infections that go along with a single tick bite. Because the organism was so well established in my body, I was happy going the route of daily !V antibiotic infusions…but I know that the best way to reach these organisms that will reside in joints and other hard to reach places. I went through a total of 17 weeks last year to get rid of this bacteria….my numbers are better now, and I hope they stay that way!!! I had two other co-infections, as well. I am terrified of getting bit again!!!!
The ability to use the nutrients in milk will vary from person to person. This is an interesting concept, to use raw milk as a means of healing. It is very essential to provide your body the best opportunity to heal…….with better nutrition. I need to be better with my nutrition, for sure!!!
Chronic……depends on whether you have been successfully (disease totally eliminated) treated for Lyme disease, or not. There are the residual effects of this disease, and the Borrelia Hermsii, that will last the rest of one’s life…depending on how bad the symptoms were before treatment, and how well the body was able to heal after successful treatment. I think that once you are successfully treated (in whatever capacity this is), residual effects become something else.
I am grateful for any information that helps to eliminate these diseases and the effects of them in our bodies!!! I have a long ways to go with my healing. It is a long and uncertain future for anyone with these diseases.
I’m curious to know if Melanie’s hyperaccusis has healed itself now that she’s on raw milk. I have a sister who’s had hyperaccusis for over a year now. She has no interest in raw milk, but if she knew someone’s hyperaccusis had been helped by the raw milk, I think she would be interested.
The milk diet was popular in the early 1900s as a remedy for common diseases. Patients would go on an exclusive (raw) milk diet to reverse disease and restore health. Thanks to pasteurization (which removes any healing properties from milk), this practice fell out of favor and is almost unknown today.
Audrey Templeton\’s last post: Titrain
I was diagnosed with Lyme disease in April 2006 after a deer tick bite a week after removing the tick, I had developed a huge bullseye rash at the bite site. I was treated with a couple weeks of antibiotics, however I never recovered and 1 year later tests confirmed I had late stage Lyme disease. I have extreme fatigue, nerve damage and muscle damage in all of my extremeties as well. Most days I can’t even wear socks from the nerve damage in my feet! For years they have treated me with antibiotics, nerve meds, and pain meds. Most of the last 6 years have been spent in bed from this disease. It’s hard for people to understand this disease, so it’s just easier to explain that it’s just like having progressive MS! To say I have tried everything to treat this disease would be an understatement! But 3 months ago I met some new neighbors (Amish) who needed some eggs, they haven’t gotten their coop built yet, so we traded eggs for some of their grass fed Jersey cow raw milk. Their cows are all natural, no grains, no hormones, no antibiotics, just natural grass fed in the summer and hay in the winter. Wow, what a great trade that turned out to be!!!
I have been taking raw milk for our Amish neighbors for just 3 months now and for the first time in over 6 years, I have no fatigue from my late stage lyme disease. It only took a couple of days, and I knew something miraculous was happening in me, I could feel my energy returning, it had been so long….I forgot what it felt like to feel normal and not to have extreme fatigue. My brain is clearer too, Lyme disease cause’s brain fog, and that has cleared too.
I still have the muscle and nerve damage, but I have hope that in time the milk will cure that as well. This has been a miracle for me, and I haven’t changed anything in my diet or meds before or after starting just 1 glass of raw milk each day. I’m in awe that something so simple could have such a profound affect on my Lyme disease. I stumbled upon this by accident, and thank God for it. I have spent the last 6 years in bed most of the day from this awful disease, I just wish I’d have found out about this sooner. I don’t know if this will heal others, but if you have Lyme disease or know someone who does, TELL THEM about this miracle. It is a miracle, truly a miracle. I have hopes that it will cure my nerve damage as well. I can tell it’s slightly better after a couple of months so I have hope that God will use this milk to finally heal me. What do you have to lose by trying this….possibly Lyme disease.
God Bless,
Sherrie

Hi Sarah, I hope you get the chance to read this. I have been doing the milk cure since January of this year for a failing liver and kidneys. I will spare you the extensive story. I am sure you hear a lot of people stories…
I was wondering if perhaps you could pass my email to Melanie who posted about her success being on the milk cure. Although my deterioration has slowed, I am having some issues and think perhaps it could be the way I am doing this. For one thing, although i am clabbering the milk, i have been drinking it cold.
If she would be willing to talk with me and let me know how she is doing it, and perhaps help me figure out what it is I am doing wrong, I would be so appreciative.
Thank you, please email me or reply here. I will check back…
