Thanks for hosting the carnival today. I shared a post on the increase in the early onset of puberty in girls. Perhaps there is something in there that your readers have not heard about. It will be in a 2 part series.

Thanks for hosting, Sarah!

I posted a link describing what you can eat on the full GAPS diet, and a recipe for two-minute ketchup. Not lacto fermented, but better than store bought for sure.

Hi Sarah, thank you for hosting! Today I posted my time and money saving tomato soup recipe. I make it in bulk and then jar it in 1/2 pt individual serving sizes to be reheated throughout the week. The children love it! And I love it because it’s quick, easy, nutritious and oh so yummy:)

Hi Sarah, Thanks for hosting!

I have linked to a recipe I have for Aussie Bites. They are super nutritious and easy to digest. Love them! (I plan on trying some grain free variations, but for now I am using sprouted flour). http://christianmommyblogger.com/?p=608

Looks like another really good week! Thanks for hosting, Sarah. This week I am back and with a link to my post on using Google Translate to translate recipes in my father-in-law’s cookbook. It is pretty fun. I’ll be back at naptime to explore the other links. I am going to hide in my room with a cup of tea and the laptop. I am soo looking forward to it.

Avoiding gluten is not a miracle for everyone. Often much more is needed to heal the body and mind. It can be a good first step.
