I took one of my family favorites, fried rice, and made it grain free by pulsing cauliflower in a food processor to make the “rice.” Turned out GREAT!

Today I linked to an apple pie I made with lard and whole grain flour – either spelt, whole wheat or barley flour can be used. Sprouted flour works just fine as well! Here’s to a delicious and healthy Thanksgiving!
