Chicken stock seems to get all the attention, but my investigation into the causes of cures of cellulite has me experimenting with shrimp stock. It's an excellent source of glucosamine and other nutrients that help to rebuild the connective tissue, and it takes less time to cook!

Thanks for hosting the carnival, Sarah!

We are gettin' down to the nitty-gritty basics of nourishing baking today with how to make sprouted flour! So much easier than I had first thought, and now it is just a part of our routine, and has been for a while. Hope you all enjoy. Thank you for hosting Sarah, as usual =)

My question today is: how does an ant eat a buffalo? One bite at a time! Why should our journey to real food living be any different?

Thanks for hosting!! I posted a recipe for quick and easy green beans… I've been baking so much lately that I think my liver is going to explode, so it might be a lot of veggies for the next week :) .

Hi everyone – I've been meaning to participate more but have been busy with school and haven't been cooking. I hope to be hosting a giveaway soon (stay tuned) and also posting some ideas about living as a real food, gluten free in college (or on a budget). I hope you enjoy my take on the NEW larabars- which are delicious. Thanks for hosting as always, Sarah!

I love coming here and reading more info about Real Food. The post about cellulite and shrimp-based broth was particularly interesting. I may try making some and using it to make rice for my kids.
