First time linking up here. Very interesting information. I linked up Roasted Summer Vegetables; an easy and tasty way to use those wonderful summer veggies at their peak right now. Thanks for this opportunity! I can’t wait to look through the rest of the links and come back weekly.

Everyone loves chocolate, so why not enjoy some healthy homemade raw chocolate sauce and then dip some local produce in it! So good and satisfies that sweet craving in a much healthier way :)

Thanks for hosting, Sarah. Today I linked up a post on how to make homemade spaghetti sauce for canning. My boys LOVE this sauce. The taste beats the pants off of store sauces! Plus, you don’t have any mystery ingredients or rotten tomatoes.

Good morning! Thanks for hosting, Sarah. This week I linked to a post with a large recipe for making pancakes and waffles with homemade bulgur flour, which included a link to a post with photos to making said flour. This recipe is big enough for families to make ahead and freeze for quick toasting in mornings. Hope you like it!

Even though my garden is winding down, there’s still veggies to harvest. We also harvested our concord grapes, thanks to some help from Hurricane Irene.
