It’s rhubarb season. What are your favorite rhubarb recipes?
Rhubarb Puree: Cook over medium heat until rhubarb breaks down
1 1/2 pounds rhurbarb, chopped into a rough puree, about 20 minutes. Chill well.
1/2 cup maple syrup Use it mixed in plain yogurt, with whipped cream in
1 teaspoon grated orange zest a “Fool,” or over ice cream. It’s also a great topping
1/4 cup orange juice fresh strawberries.
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
pinch of salt

Happy Monday Sarah! I am sharing my recipe for Chocolate Mousse that you make in a blender. It is super easy to make- it only takes 10 minutes! This mousse has no added sugar and the only dairy is 1 tablespoon of butter. The flavor and texture are incredible!
