I am sharing a post on the latest research for soaking whole grains. You are not supposed to be using anything that contains calcium as it inhibits the phytic acid breakdown. Check it out, it’s been a pretty popular post.

I’m doing a giveaway for a dozen tattler reusable canning lids that are BPA free! Great for those who are going to do some canning, fermenting or just want to store food in glass jars. Thanks for all the other great information this week, I love reading what everyone has to share. Especially those grain free recipes!

Happy Monday Sarah! I am sharing my recipe for Chocolate Mousse that you make in a blender. It is super easy to make- it only takes 10 minutes! This mousse has no added sugar and the only dairy is 1 tablespoon of butter. The flavor and texture are incredible!

Love these linkups! But unfortunately at least one of the recipes seems to be a less-than-real-food recipe : ( I wouldn’t expect to find a recipe linked up to this kind of blog for cake donuts cooked in foil with added sugar and canned pineapple!
