This is cheesecake is so incredible I don’t even know how to put it into words. Since we don’t need a restaurant sized cheesecake sitting around for 2 people, I came up with a version that is a little more reasonable for 2 or 4. Enjoy the video, we really had a lot of fun with this one. Thanks for hosting Sarah. I look forward to everyone’s posts!

In fact, it is very close to the food eaten by the healthy peoples studied by Dr. Price.

Thanks for all the great links and ideas today! Part of our plan to eat real food on a budget is growing our own. For simplicity this season, we’ve decided to experiment with straw bale gardening. I’ll be experimenting with straw bales in an tiny urban backyard and my blogging partner will be experimenting on a 20 acre farm in the country.

Hi All – having reached the peak of our frustration with corporations in general and Whole Foods in particular, our community has switched fully over to shopping at the local co op. Its a pretty good one – smallish and not everything is so easy to obtain – but after much frustrated discussion in the last weeks over the GMO issue specifically – we goin all local. We also want to encourage you ALL to please sign the petitions, shop local, support CSA and REAL farmers markets – you know the dance – we MUST preserve the integrity of our REAL FOOD CHAIN!

Just found your blog via To Your Health website…
Help! I tried adding my most popular recipe, but was a little bit of a ditz and provided my name, not the recipe name.
Should I just add it again, or can it be edited to Simple Apple Salad?
Thanks,
Holli
