Since switching to Real Food, my experience supports the Lunaception theory described in Katie Singer's "Garden of Fertility" and other books. I'm sharing a downloadable chart for other women who are interested in tracking their cycle with the lunar phases.

Hi Sarah, today I submitted a short article and a two part video on Earthing – the research supporting the health effects is early but strong. Talk about getting back to basics – this is a Nourishing Tradition that has been overlooked for way too long.

Ack! I'm sorry. I flubbed and put Autumn Pie but it links to the stuffing. Not sure how to delete that one (#18) Sorry about that. Haven't had my morning coffee yet! heh!

Today I am sharing Pumpkin Turnovers. The recipe was posted a couple of weeks ago in the blog. But the feedback from the visitors has been so good that I wanted to share it with you to take advantage of the pumpkin season.

    Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

    Hi Sarah!

This week I'm sharing "My Food Philosophy (in a Nutshell)" – just laying out the basics of what we consider to be real food in our home, and the logic we use to arrive there. I created the post for my readers who are new to real food, but it has been popular with others too.

    As usual, thanks for hosting!

My contribution is about the unjust war on dairy farmers being waged by the FDA. If S510 passes, the FDA will have much more power that they can use to destroy small farms, possibly including long prison terms.

I ask everybody who wants to preserve real food to contact their senators and insist that they vote against S510. S510 is scheduled for a vote on Monday, Nov. 29th, so it is important to contact congress now.
