#10 – A post about choosing safe, non-toxic cookware. Check out the next post, too, to learn how to cook in those safe cookware pieces without frustration. Sarah, thanks so much for hosting!

Thanks for continuing to host! I learn from all the people that participate and I’m happy to be a part of the group. Getting enough water gives all our systems the chance to do their work with ease but you can’t get enough if you aren’t sure what enough is! Enjoy.

Our Balsamic Orange Chicken will literally have you licking the plate. It’s elegant enough for company but so easy you’ll never believe how fast it comes together. Great for ANY night and it utilizes chicken thighs- a nutrient-dense and economical choice. Enjoy!

I linked up a veggie broth tutorial! I swear that veggie broth is just as tasty and way healthier than chicken stock and it’s unbelievably easy to make your own from scratch from leftover veggies in your fridge/freezer!

I posted my recipe for collard greens. They are full of flavor, with bacon, onions, and apple cider vinegar. They’re also nutrient dense, grain-free, and freeze well!

This is one of my favorite go to salads. Substitute nectarines for dried apricots, cranberries or mangoes. The mix of dried fruit, nuts and a cumin dressing are a perfect compliment. Eats like a meal or serve it with chicken or fish.

I, for one, appreciate you coming back to say “ooops”. There are blogs that link up here every week & apparently could not care less that they are not linking up appropriate recipes. They make me want to scream.

What a great idea! I messed up the first link I tried which only showed my name and not the title I was trying to post, so I ended up posting twice :/ Please delete the Judy post, thanks.
I linked to a new soup recipe that we really enjoy during the winter months when butternut squash is at its peak. Great way to increase those veggie servings!
